On November 1, 2007, the Amtrak Pacific Surfliner serviced to the Laguna Niguel/Mission Viejo Station. However, since the Fall of 2012, this train stopped passing to this station because Metrolink has been using this route.
If you wish to travel to Laguna Niguel from Los Angeles by Amtrak, you have to stop at the Irvine Station and transfer to a Metrolink train. Then, stop at the Laguna Niguel/Mission Viejo Station to reach the city.
