Parking in Laguna Niguel

Laguna Niguel is a great place to settle in and live a comfortable life with your family and friends around. The city offers easy acess to restaurants, retail stores, schools, and recreation centers.

Having a car in Laguna Niguel is pretty convenient, just like anywhere else in Southern Calfifornia. You can find parking spaces beside the street and other parking spaces. The city has a 35-mile arterial roadway and 105 miles of residential street.

In 2017, the City Council of Laguna Niguel approved a parking-permit program. This program can allow three parking permits in every one residential unit. No guest permits are allowed. This program is only applicable to future parking districts. The parking permits issued for the 11 parking districts in Laguna Niguel won’t be affected by this program. There might be no parking fees for new parking permits.

The current parking program of the city has no parking fees for the permits. Parking permits were issued per registered vehicle and not household.
